Agreement to Terms

Services are provided through secure platforms, including systems powered by Tebra.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have parent/legal guardian consent

  • Be physically located in a state where our providers are licensed at the time of the visit

LuxeCare Medical offers services including:

  • Virtual Urgent Care

All services are subject to provider discretion and clinical appropriateness.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services when necessary for clinical or legal reasons.

5. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on real-time availability.

We do not guarantee same-day appointments.

Patients are responsible for attending scheduled visits on time.

You may view availability and book the earliest appointment that fits your schedule.

6. Fees & Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.

We may accept self-pay and/or insurance, if applicable.

You are responsible for all fees associated with your care.

Failure to complete payment may result in denial of services.

7. Cancellations & No-Shows

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Repeated no-shows may result in restricted access to services.

8. Prescriptions & Medical Decisions

Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the provider.

Not all conditions are appropriate for telehealth treatment.

Controlled substances may not be prescribed or may be limited depending on state laws.

We do not guarantee prescriptions or specific treatments.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our:
