The dietician will consult all new weight loss patients once at the beginning of the program to prepare you with everything you need to meet your goals. If you have any additional dietary concerns after this, mention this to your provider during your monthly video check in consultations.

To help us provide the best possible care during your virtual weight loss consultation with LuxeCare Medical, we recommend having the following items available before your appointment:

  • Current weight and approximate height
  • Blood pressure machine (if available)
  • Weight scale
  • Blood sugar/glucose readings (if diabetic or prediabetic)
  • List of current medications and supplements
  • Recent lab results (if available)
  • Information about previous weight loss programs or medications you’ve tried
  • A quiet and private space with reliable internet connection

Helpful optional items:

  • Measuring tape for waist measurements
  • Fitness tracker or activity app data
  • Food journal for nutrition tracking app
  • Pulse oximeter (if applicable)

Yes, we offer both weight loss medication. This may be discussed during your consultation if medically appropriate.

Yes, we accept labs up to 6 months old. If labs are older than 6 months, new labs will be required.

The provider will send you an email with a link to activate your patient portal and you can upload any medical records, lab results or images that you want the provider to see before or after the appointment.

Our fertility wellness services focus on supporting overall reproductive wellness, lifestyle optimization, education, and wellness guidance for individuals preparing for pregnancy or fertility treatments such as IVF.

No. LuxeCare Medical does not replace your fertility specialist or OB-GYN. Our goal is to complement your existing care team through wellness support and education.

Telehealth

We offer Weight Loss and Fertility Wellness Services.

LuxeCare Medical primarily provides 100% virtual telehealth visits, allowing patients to receive care conveniently from home.

We currently serve patients in Arizona and Washington, with plans to expand into additional states in the future.

Appointments are completed securely through a HIPAA-compliant video telehealth platform using your phone, tablet, or computer. During your scheduled visit, you will meet face to face with your provider through a live video consultation from the comfort and privacy of your home.

Many common conditions can be treated virtually, including:
• Cold & flu symptoms
• Allergies
• Minor infections
• Women’s health concerns
• Medication refills
• Weight loss management

Medical emergencies should always be treated at the nearest emergency room or by calling 911. Severe chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe breathing difficulty, and major trauma require emergency care.

Yes. Protecting patient privacy is extremely important to us. Our telehealth platform is HIPAA-compliant and designed to securely protect your information.

Primary Care

Yes, when medically appropriate, prescriptions may be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.

LuxeCare Medical does not routinely prescribe controlled substances through telehealth services.

To help us provide the best possible care during your telehealth appointment, we recommend having the following items available if possible:

  • Blood pressure monitor
  • Digital thermometer
  • Weight scale
  • Blood sugar/glucose monitor (if diabetic or monitoring blood sugar)
  • Current medication list or medication bottles
  • Recent lab results or medical records (if available)
  • Pen and paper or notes for questions/symptoms
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space

Depending on your symptoms, additional helpful items may include:

  • Pulse oximeter (oxygen monitor)
  • Flashlight or phone light for throat/skin exams
  • Measuring tape for waist measurements or swelling concerns

Please note: Not every patient will need all of these items. Your provider will guide you during the visit based on your specific concerns and healthcare needs.

Sure, the provider can place orders after your consultation and send you to a local lab for your testing. All lab packages and prices are also listed on the website for your convenience.
